If the first lesson with a new tutor is not right, tell us within 48 hours. Our staff review it, and where the claim is upheld we refund it in full.

If your first lesson with a new tutor isn't right, we refund it in full.
Tell us within 48 hours of that lesson and we will look at it and refund what you paid. After that, cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund, or with less notice for half.
