How it works

Matched in a day, learning by the weekend.

1

A free 20-minute intro call

Tell us the subject, the exam board, and where things are stuck. You and your child meet the tutor before any money changes hands.

2

The first lesson, guaranteed

If the first paid lesson isn't right, we refund it in full within 48 hours, or swap in a different tutor free. Your choice.

3

A report every Friday

Every week: what was covered, what improved, one real moment from the lesson, and what's next. Written and signed by the tutor.

Your tutors

They sat these exams recently, and remember how.

Our founding tutors are Cambridge and top-UK-university students who earned top grades in the exact papers they now teach. Every tutor holds an enhanced DBS check before their first lesson.

Who we are

A note from the founders.

"We're five students from Cambridge and other top UK universities. Between us we've tutored, been tutored, and one of us already runs a 30-tutor operation in Tokyo. The thing we kept hearing from parents: after the first lesson, you never really know what's happening. So we built our company around the one thing we'd want as parents. A written report, every Friday, from the tutor, about your child. That's the promise. Everything else is just good tutoring."

Early days, honestly

We're new. Here's what we show instead of fake badges.

Our first UK families join this month, so you won't see "2,000 five-star reviews" here, and you shouldn't trust a new site that shows them. What you get instead: the sample report above is real output from our reporting system (drafted after each lesson, then reviewed and signed by the tutor), our prices and refund terms are published in full, and every tutor's name, university and DBS status is on this page. As real families join, their words will appear here with permission, and never invented.

FAQ & safeguarding

The things parents ask first.

Are tutors DBS-checked?

Yes. Every tutor completes an enhanced DBS check before their first lesson, and the status is shown on their profile above. Lessons are online, and on request we record them and share the recording with you.

What if the tutor isn't a good fit?

The intro call is free, so most mismatches never cost you anything. If the first paid lesson still isn't right, tell us within 48 hours: full cash refund or a free lesson with a different tutor, your choice, no questions.

How does billing work?

Pay as you go, per lesson or in blocks of ten, by card or bank transfer. No registration fee, no subscription, nothing auto-renews. Cancel any lesson free with 24 hours' notice.

Who writes the Friday report?

Your tutor. Our reporting system drafts it from the lesson so the tutor's time goes into teaching, then the tutor reviews, edits and signs it before it reaches you. Nothing is sent without a human signing it.

Which subjects and boards?

GCSE and A-level Maths, Sciences, English and Economics across AQA, Edexcel and OCR, plus IB, and university admissions (personal statements, admissions tests, interview practice). If we don't have the right tutor, we'll tell you on the call rather than stretch.

Where's your safeguarding policy?

Written policy available to every family on request, and linked here once the policy page is live. Tutors never contact students off-platform; all scheduling and messages go through us and you're copied on everything.
